DARKWATER Confirmed For BAY AREA ROCK FESTIVAL

Sweden's DARKWATER will make its U.S. live debut to at the second annual Bay Area Rock Festival, set to take place June 27-28 at the Independent in San Francisco, California.

According to a press release, DARKWATER's debut release, "Calling to Earth to Witness" (available on Ulterium Records, distributed in the U.S. by Nightmare Records) "blends progressive metal with melodic flourishes and swirling keyboards that draw the listener to a musical headspace similar to that of DREAM THEATER and SYMPHONY X."

Bay Area Rock Festival running order is as follows (both nights will start with doors at 6:30 and show at 7:00 p.m.):
